The seller sent two incorrect faulty items, completely not what I had ordered. Having wasted my time on a number of emails to the seller I had given up!

I made an on line purchase on the 4th February and I am still waiting for delivery. I made contact and was told I should have been sent an email telling me that the items that I purchased were not now in stock, alough at the time of purchase they were, but I never recieved any emails from the company. I was told that my items would be delivered around the 3rd March. Very dissapointed with the service so far.

Placed an order for 2 sets of lightbulbs and a multipack of torches. Lightbulbs arrived, the torches did not. Follow up enquiry from me ignored and 5 weeks later still no torches. Would not recommend.

Ordered a part from them, which showed as in stock. 3 days later, I called to enquire as to where it was, and was told it hadn't been dispatched yet. I mentioned that the website stated same day dispatch for orders placed before 3pm, and I got a very blunt response that on the checkout page it stated 3 to 5 days. It may have done, but I didn't see that, and it's a little late to mention that at checkout in my view. I called again 2 days later, still no item, but now it's due to Royal Mail, and would I like to cancel the order ? In the end, my customer got another contractor to do the work as they got the part needed next day, and I lost the work. I have been fully refunded by lamps2udirect, but have not been impressed by this experience at all.

The company picked up my order upon their return from Xmas break on 4th Jan. On working day 5 I queried where my order was and was advised that 3-5 working days was the advised processing time and that my order had been despatched. Surprisingly, I then received another email 3 working days later that my order has been shipped. So, due to the company being economic with the truth, they get no recommendation from me other than the products ordered have proven satisfactory. I have since found other suppliers who have a more favourable processing time.

No lamps received after a month of waiting. No communication until three weeks after the order was placed to say, one of the lamps is out of stock, would you like something else? Still no lamps have arrived.

Fitting and spare bulbs purchased. Spare bulbs do not fit They are the wrong size.

I still have not received my lamps. we use a lot of lamps and will not use this company again. i have never waited so long before. and the correspondence from them is poor.

The postage of the product took well over a month and the order was processed even though that product was not in stock, when trying to ask for a refund they said they would order back the product and still took over 2 weeks to get the product. I chose to order with a small business to support them instead of some corporation like amazon however the difference is huge especially since you have to pay for shipping which doesn't even arrive.

Very poor service. Ordered bulb in early December. Contacted firm before Xmas and told not in stock but replacement would be sent. Emails not answered and phone permanently on voicemail. Dispute escalated with Paypal

I ordered a bulb on the 10th December and still waiting for the item to arrive. They keep telling me that it is due to the royal mail and this is a load of rubbish after speaking to my neighbour who works for R M and they are having no problems. From what I have read from the reviews they have all received their items and yet I am still waiting nearly a month after placing the order.
