“Still haven’t received the bulb I ordered so unable to review”

“After 10 days Order has still not been fulfilled without any explanation not a good service will not be using them again”

“I was sent the wrong fitting on the bulbs I ordered, they were screwed instead of bayonet fittings. It took over 2weeks to get my money back. In an email they said they sent the nearest to what I ordered, then they told me that the bayonet fitting weren’t available. Not very professional in my opinion.”

Hello Derek, These lamps were not listed as 'In Stock' They have been listed for 'Pre-Order' since March this year. You would have even clicked on the words 'Pre-Order' when you placed the order online.

“It would be good to review this order if only I could have received it. Ordered on 7th March 2022 order no. L2U-0322-152170. Hello Peter, Thank you for taking the time and leaving us a review. We did discuss this though. You ordered an MR11 G4 lamp from us. The picture of your fitting showed you needed a MR16 GU5.3 lamp, which is a completely different size. The pins would have broke off as you were trying to fit a smaller lamp inside a wider fitting. Unfortunately, it is out of our control when people order the wrong items. Although, I did send you a link to the correct lamps. Best Regards, Martin - Lamps2udirect
