“The office chair arrived quickly and was exactly as pictured. The only issue is that there weren't instructions on how to assemble it. I went on YouTube to find some tutorials and I was able to put it together quite easily”

“Speedy delivery, replacement chrome stands for bar stools, had ordered stools online and wasn’t happy then ordered more and wasn’t happy again so researched replacement chrome bases then noticed you can get all the attachments so my John Lewis bar stools look new again. Very happy, wish I’d noticed the website sooner.”

“I love my Zeus black buttoned stool with arms and it has a black pedestal base too. I love that I can swivel 360 degrees around on it from worktop to my sink to my kitchen bin, as I am disabled. Fantastic customer service too.”

“I had a good experience shopping with Lakeland Furniture. One of our Bar Stools was broken, we looked online for replacement stool but could not find one the same. Discovered that Lakeland sell Bar Stool parts. I ordered replacement parts, they arrived promptly and all I had to do was assemble the parts and fit my existing chair to the new base.”

“My very expensive island stools were breaking. Weld of the foot rest to the stand breaking off. I replaced all the bases with matte black & circular foot rest. Far more strength in that design. They arrived very quickly & my daughter & I had all 6 stool bases replaced & looking more modern in about 30 minutes. All 6 base replacements weren't the price of 1 stool. Excellent!”

“Stools arrived well packaged and in lovely condition. Really pleased with them. The seats are smaller than we thought but they are neat and fit well under the breakfast top. They were also reasonably priced.”

“The bar stools arrived next day after we ordered them. Very easy to put the stools together One of the arm sleeves was punctured , this was reported to Lakeland and a replacement was sent out to us the next day”
