“I ordered some dining chairs. They arrived very quickly. Unfortunately some of the chairs were faulty and had to be returned. The returns process was organised via email and ran very smoothly and efficiently with regular updates. My payment was refunded fully within 2 working days. Its unfortunate I had to return the items but the customer care received from Lakeland was fantastic and for that I award my 5 stars.”
