“Office chair arrived on time as promised. Quite a lot of assembly required and instructions were very very basic but the chair went together OK and is comfortable. For the price paid very good value.”

“You had 57 chairs on website I paid for them only 4 needed. 2 day’s later out of stock sorry. Refund wife not happy”

“Lovely chairs, fit perfectly under a kitchen island. They are stylish and look more expensive than they are! The instructions are not totally straightforward but with a bit of time they are relatively easy to put together! Would buy again.”

“Silver crushed velvet dining chairs were a good price and look nice but after sitting on for half an hour the foam goes flat and the seats and backs are very hard so had to put a seat pad on the seat.The construction is pretty basic but would probably expect that for the price.Confused by the name Lakeland Furniture as when first ordering thought this was the well known "Lakeland" company but it's not. Can't return these as now assembled ? so will have to keep and use extra seat pads for some comfort.”

“The chairs I ordered arrived exactly on time but unfortunately the packaging was damaged when they arrived. After being asked to check the item by the delivery driver before he left I realised one of the chairs were damaged, so he took them back. I rang the number on the website to find out what I should do but was told any queries with orders could only be handled via email. My email was responded to very quickly and I was told a replacement would be sent out to arrive the next day. I did not receive a confirmation email or tracking number for this so emailed again but was assured it would arrive the next day and was given a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking number did not work so I emailed again but did not receive a reply. I emailed again the next morning as I needed to know if the item would be delivered due to not being available another day. An advisor responded but told me due to a problem with the courier not collecting any of their items the previous day, I would not be receiving my item when expected. I asked for a refund, which was issued in full straight away along with an apology. It’s a shame as the chairs did look nice and if there hadn’t been a problem with the courier I would of happily excepted an exchange. The only thing I would fault is there is only an option to email regarding any issues, which is quite long winded when you need to respond or expect a response from them. So being able to have the option to ring would be a lot easier.”

“I would gladly review your product if only I had received it. I waited in all day yesterday for a delivery - but nothing came. All Yodel could offer was to return the items and arrange a refund. Not impressed!!!”
