“Very happy , chairs are really nice and were easy to put together x if I had one complaint it would be that the screws when attaching seat to the back are just 2 mm too close and it is hard to turn the allan key x it would make a real difference if they were moved this tiny bit x”

“finished product looks good, delivery very fast but only informed us of delivery a few hours before it arrived. instructions didn't mention how to assemble the plastic covers for the base attachment to the chair and consequently we put them on the wrong way and they broke!”

“I am very pleased with the office chair I bought last week, but it was sent with the wrong numbers of screws so we didn't have enough long ones (only 4 were provided).. I tried putting it together with the short screws provided but the back of the chair fell off after a couple of days. My husband found some longer screws in his tool box, sawed them down to the correct length and swapped them over where necessary. The chair is fine now.”
