“I've never ordered from lakeland furniture before so I did what everyone does and went on Google to find some reviews. There were only a handful of good reviews. But in my head I'd seen the TV unit I wanted for £40 and it was over £100 everywhere else and I love a bargain as much as the next person. I spoke to my partner who told me to "just order it" so I did. I couldn't be any happier that I did. It took four days excluding the weekend to arrive and it was all in one piece, there's a little glitch with the door handle but I can't complain for the price and it's very sturdy. People have complained about the delivery service lakeland uses and I couldn't praise them enough! The driver asked me where I wanted the parcel and I said anywhere, he moved my sofa and put it behind because he said it was heavy and he didn't want my children getting hurt. I have no idea where the bad reviews have come from but I couldn't recommend lakeland furniture enough and I'll definitely be ordering from them again!”

“Ordered online, very reasonable price for a quality item. Delivery was 10 days, which was not a problem at all , but it did say 5 days on the website, so I wondered if it had gone astray.. Driver was very friendly, called & delivered without a hitch. All good, I would use Lakeland again. Thankyou.”

“Parasol arrived quickly but I had to wait a day or to for the sun to shine to try it out! It worked smoothly and easily right out of the box. No hassle. It’s a good size for my four seater garden table and a good high giving plenty of shade. Altogether very pleased.”
