“I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to say that Lakeland furniture customer support was fantastic , one part of my order was faulty and I contacted customer support, within 24hours and a very sincere email from them a new part was delivered. I am very happy with my purchase , the Hampton stools are beautiful and comfortable.”

“Lakeland have the BEST customer service. I wanted more information about the colour of some chairs so they went to the warehouse and took pictures which they emailed me. They were extremely responsive in a timely way and when there was a small issue with one of the chairs - they responded by email and sent me a replacement part within 24 hours. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“I ordered a bar stool base to replace one that had rusted, it was received very promptly, was well packaged to prevent damage as is almost a perfect match to the other bar stool bases that I have. I will definitely use Lakeland again when the other half decides she want to change the barstools to another colour (which she inevitably will at some point!!)”
