“Easy to order and quick delivery. Good quality chair. Even though there were a couple of feet missing this was sorted by customer services and a replacement received in less than 2 days. Very impressive.”

“Ordered a kitchen bar stool. It arrived earlier than originally stated. Unfortunately the seat was damaged. I emailed Lakeland that evening and got a response the next morning and replacement parts were dispatched. Great service. Thank you.”

“I originally ordered 2 umbrellas, one for our garden and one for my mum's. Unfortunately, the packaging for our umbrella arrived damaged and this caused the crank handle to catch when opening/closing the umbrella. There was no problem with the other umbrella. I contacted Lakeland Furniture by email and they responded that afternoon, offering a replacement. The replacement has now been received and is working perfectly. Thank you Lakeland for a prompt and efficient service. I will definitely be recommending your company!”

“Chairs are really good. Delivery by DPD was a shambles. Order was in two boxes. Their app asked if I wished for delivery to another address. I said yes. One box sent to one address was late, the other left with neighbour and no missed you card left so I didn't know my neighbour had my box untill I contacted DPD and they sent me an email attaching photo where the property the box was at.”

“I purchased a red acrylic stool from Lakeland and it was a fantastic stool. I needed some after sales care, and reached out to Lakeland, speaking to a fantastic and extremely helpful person I believe to be called Natalie (the purchase was around 2 months ago, I've just been so busy so this is the first chance I have had to write this review) but the service from Natalie and Lakeland and their quality of product is FANTASTIC and I am super happy with my purchase, I plan to make several more. 5 stars from me, and if you could pass on my best regards to Natalie too.
