“I’m going to give Lakeland furniture 5 stars despite my item coming damaged. This is down to the communication and wonderful service from their team. After receiving a part of my furniture damaged I sent them an email to see what they can do and they immediately wrote back to say they had sent a spare. Top service and once the parts on I will love my new chair. Thanks!”

“Although the bar stools were out of stock when ordering they were in earlier than the date and delivered promptly. There was an issue with one of the stools but the Customer Service was excellent and the problem was resolved within two days. I would certainly purchase from Lakeland again and recommend to friends and family.”

“Excellent quality. As per the other reviews. I was a bit worried as lots of garden furniture has a 22+weeks delivery wait - this said it was in stock and would be delivered within two weeks. And it was! Really pleased with it. It looks lovely, is comfy and has transformed my garden. It took me about two hours to put it together, but I was doing it on my own and am rubbish at DIY! It was simple and straightforward, just lots of screws and I wanted to make sure it was all secure. I love it!”

“Great service and delivery and very happy with the bases. This saved us having to purchase two new kitchen stools due to the terrible condition of the two bases which totally spoilt the look of the stools. They now look brand new and were easy to fit.”
