“I was extremely impressed by the locksmith who fixed our back door here in Anstey, Leicestershire. His name is Katalin (maybe I've spelt that wrong). He did the job early in the afternoon of Thursday 4th November 2021. We found him to be very efficient, extremely clear and patient with his explanations, and very friendly indeed. I would certainly ask for his services again next time we have a lock problem.”

“These guys came out to us at close to 3 in the morning after a key refused to work to one of the rooms in our house. The man that helped us was very friendly and explained each process before he did it to check that we were okay with what he was doing (especially as it involved drilling). Would use these guys again in the future and would recommend to anyone in trouble :) big thank you!”

“Absolutely the most awful service ever! The engineer couldn’t wait to make as much money as possible!
Told me it was an old lock although only 8 years old ( Chubb have told me they last 20 years). Got his drill out and changed it . He said that would cost £159 before VAT . Then the new lock was £229 before VAT!! I question the lock type and he assured me it was a Chubb as I requested. He put it in without showing me the BS standard details and maximum security details as most locksmiths would do. Nothing in the lock that showed any bs standard! Again when I questioned this he said he could take it out but I still have to pay cancellation fees etc . Absolutely appalling crooks. Don’t ever use these people. And also the ring tone is abroad so not sure where the service is from ( the lady I spoke to was also beyond awful) . Never use this company so many better ones out there”
