“Not sure how you justify a bill of £184 for a 5 minute job and charge a £100 for a lock barrel that you can pick up for £12 to £15 .
I understand that there is a call out charge ,distance of travel but really wished I had not bothered as I could have done the job myself and saved myself £169 !!! I feel Ripped off.”

“I spoke with a gentleman who was extremely considerate to my plight when I had locked myself out of my house. He said someone would certainly be able to help me and would be with me in about 30 minutes, this was correct and hey-presto my front door was opened almost immediately. I would recommend this company 100%. I was quoted a price but this did not include VAT, this is the only reason I would not give 5 stars.”

“We had small domestic safe that we could not open. Called this company who sent safe opener within one hour.He was here less than 20 minute's,safe opened at a cost of £190 plus vat WHAT A RIP OFF”

“Andre was very good. He contacted me when he was on his way. He followed all the covid protocols wearing a mask and social distancing which is especially important as our household includes somebody who is clinically extremely vulnerable. Keys4U are a bit on the expensive side but worth paying the extra money for.”
