“The locksmith arrived around 2 hours after making the call which was excellent but I didn't need a locksmith that urgently and did state that during the phone call - the service is advertised with no call out fee and its probably a good job there isn't because at 70 quid for around 10 minutes work they're already doing more than alright out of people”

“The locksmiths arrived quickly and fixed the issue very well. They are polite and funny, which is nice considering we were all nervous about the emergency with my friends being locked inside. “Got a locksmith to come as an emergency to fix our door handle as we were locked out. Came in good time and did a 10 minute job. No parts were changed, just some extra screws.
Costed us 144£. He left saying to be gentle with it.
Unfortunately, it had broken again a month later. Hoping to get some compensation or someone else to see to it”

“Having locked ourselves out on a freezing morning we were told our wait would be 30mins. We ended up waiting almost 3 times that long without a single call from the company to keep us informed. Then charged £70 for 1 minute of work. Locksmith was polite and apologetic though.”

“Absolutely awful, man was incredibly rude and started bombarding us with his anti-mask vitriol and then charged us £70 for what was essentially putting a coat hanger through the letterbox. I understand that it is not just that which we were paying for but for 5 minutes work this is horrendously overpriced and this man was thoroughly rude and unpleasant. If it was not for the fact that my partner desperately needed to go inside the house at that moment I would have let him leave the door locked and bought one of those jumped up coat hangers which I found in a local store for £30.”
