I spoke with a gentleman who was extremely considerate to my plight when I had locked myself out of my house. He said someone would certainly be able to help me and would be with me in about 30 minutes, this was correct and hey-presto my front door was opened almost immediately. I would recommend this company 100%. I was quoted a price but this did not include VAT, this is the only reason I would not give 5 stars.
