The locksmith arrived around 2 hours after making the call which was excellent but I didn't need a locksmith that urgently and did state that during the phone call - the service is advertised with no call out fee and its probably a good job there isn't because at 70 quid for around 10 minutes work they're already doing more than alright out of people
