Got a locksmith to come as an emergency to fix our door handle as we were locked out. Came in good time and did a 10 minute job. No parts were changed, just some extra screws.
Costed us 144£. He left saying to be gentle with it.
Unfortunately, it had broken again a month later. Hoping to get some compensation or someone else to see to it
