“My neighbour asked me for assistance as she had locked herself out of her house. I contacted Birmingham Locksmiths on her behalf and within 15 minutes the locksmith (Radu) had arrived at her house. With his specialist equipment he managed to unlock the door within seconds. Radu was very professional and reassuring to my elderly neighbour and I would definitely recommend his services.”

“Very quick, friendly no hassle service. Booked a time on the day of call, locksmith called and let me know how far and ETA and was on the dot. Very friendly, helpful, no pressure, easy fix job done. Respectful to me and property, gave advice. No call out fee. Thank you so much,”

“They told me on the phone that the price was 55£ and that the locksmith would be in 20 minutes. They made me wait over one hour and a half on the street and they charged me 100£ AVOID”

“I understand it is a Sunday at 6pm but the cost of this service is disgusting. The man arrived and forced the door open with one tool which took less than 10 seconds yet this cost me £75. When it is that simple it should not cost that much. I completely understand the price if it is more complicated and requires more tools or to change locks etc, but to just force it open in 10 seconds yet to charge the full amount is absolutely disgusting. The keys were inside the house and it was just an auto lock door (I recently moved in so did not realise it was auto lock), yet it cost so much money which I think is completely unfair.”

“My room mate broke the metal hinge bracket on the door. Keys for you were very professional, friendly & effective. After I provided details of the door, hinge and the problem, they came round with the parts to fix it. They were super polite and very careful to get it aligned just right. They also explained what they were doing. It’s also very difficult to park around my flat, which most tradesmen complain about, but keys4u just found somewhere a few roads away and didn’t mention it until I asked. Very professional team, communicate well on expected arrival time and how the quote is broken down. Would recommend and use again.”
