“He was absolutely great! On time, polite, friendly, and got my lock unlocked quickly. I also want to compliment Keys4U, who answered the phone and dispatched. She was friendly, thorough, and made sure I was communicated with throughout. Great experience!”
“I called Keys4U to rekey my apartment after a construction project. They gave me the timeslot I needed to fit into my work schedule. Then they called to verify my appointment and showed up in the time frame given. Jordan did a great job. He rekeyed both locks and checked everything thoroughly. He was professional and worked in a timely manner. And most important, he seemed trustworthy. You don't want a dodgy person changing your locks. Highly recommended.”
“After multiple automated key station keys at Lowe’s and other spots that didn’t work out, I wanted to go to a local locksmith to get a key made. This spot and specifically Ben was great. The key carved by hand is a lot smoother. I was in and out within minutes. Highly recommend anyone who needs a key replaced in this area of town.”
“Would 100% recommend this company. They were quick and reasonable. I s/w a few people to get this scheduled and everyone I talked to was so nice. Richard was the locksmith who did the work. He explained what was wrong with the door, my options and got the job done in about an hour.”
“I needed keys duplicated for our new apartment and having the kiosk located within walking distance of our place was really convenient and fast. And the keys WORK!! I've gone back a couple more times since then, and kiosk always produces keys that work. And when they're out of stock, they let you know right away.”
“Excellent service- were with me in 30 minutes. Very caring on phone and in person.
Valentino soon had problem sorted.
Grateful for quick efficient service.
Thank you”
“Got to apartment late ar night and realized I didnt have my keys. Being able to go to Keys4u and get one cut that is saved in the memory is an amazing gift of technology.”
“Saunders is very friendly, knowledgeable, and overall just great! He is knowledgeable and fast with his work, and they have reasonable prices! Definitely a very reliable and reasonable locksmith.”
“I’ve used Jordan several times and always had quick and reliable services for both key duplication and a lockout. Jordan at the Lawrence location provided super fast service on my last visit.”
“Needed a key made and Kriss. assisted me, it was super quick and I was in and out within probably 3 minutes. Inexpensive and my new key was guaranteed or they would recut it for free. Tested it and it worked”
“Had a new key paired to my company vehicle here. Ben was thorough in explaining the fix before he started and made sure I was aware of costs and risks before moving forward. Great service beginning to end, highly recommend.”
“Failure to inform me that the door alignment diagnosis would incur a doubling of original fixed price quotation for 15 minutes work.
Most definitely will never use you again!”
“Wonderful experience. The patience in attending to me was top notch. I came here to replace my bad car key and I was impressed at how knowledgeable and fast they worked. I would recommend this place over and over again. Pricing was also great. Thank you.”
“I requested for bathroom lock to be removed and changed as not able to close or lock it- was quoted £80.
The men attended following day and within 5 minutes, a bent nail was straightened but did not change the lock. I was asked to pay £72. When I insisted on them changing lock as agreed, the younger engineer was getting angry. It was extortion for collecting £72 for repairing nail but not doing job as agreed.”
“David and Jome were fantastic. Our building mailbox was falling out of the wall. They were able to quickly and efficiently assess the damage and re-attach it so a replacement was not necessary. They were very communicative and informative. Will use them again.”
