“Mark was extremely efficient and did an excellent job explaining the whole process as he was helping me get back into my apartment. He was timely and walked me through each step of what he was doing. Will be sure to call again and ask for Mark with any of my locksmith needs”

“I have tried making a copy of the keys in different places, but I ended up disappointed every time as the keys wouldn’t work. At Keys4U, I got it done in a very prompt manner, receiving a high-quality service. If you want to get a copy of your keys, look no further than this place. It’s outstanding!!! I highly recommend it.”

“Really nice place. I duplicated one set of house keys. Every key works well! If they do not work for some reason after duplication, you may go back with your receipt to get assistance. They have guarantee for some type of keys. Reasonable price.”

“These guys define customer service and knowledge about their product. Friendly and quick service and explained everything they were doing when I brought an old cylinder in to be replaced and keyed alike. You can tell that they know their stuff and care about their customers. It's funny to say, but I can't wait to have another problem with my locks again.”

“Craig explained the options prices and pro/con of each option. In less than a half hour he had the keys repaired, programmed and checked all the options on the Door to make sure they worked. He cleaned the contacts and changed the battery. This is my new car remote repair place.”

“I was looking for a nearby location to make spare keys for my shop. Kriss was friendly as soon as I walked in the door. He handled everything efficiently on a timely manner and sent me on my way happy. Will come back if I need keys in the future”

“Quick and fast, called in the morning and the representative had told me he'd be able to be there by later that day, expected around 5 pm and he made it to me by lunch time. Made me 2 sets of keys and charged me what I think was a reasonable fee.”

“I just bought a Door and had the bad luck of having a faulty key fob. Attempted to program it but it turns out to be emitting the wrong frequency. They went out of their way to research which ID number to purchase another fob. That's what I like to call excellent customer service!”
