“Turned up late and made an excuse , tried to tell me I needed a new lock which I didn't want , half heartedly used a piece of plastic nowhere near the yale look and said no go until I tried and was in in 3 seconds? £120 charged and feel I've been ripped off , will leave a review on the Web site to warn others , scandalous”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I booked the service yesterday. The call centre said it costs £59.80+VAT. Then when the staff arrived, they charged me £560. I also just gave the call centre a call today and the call centre said I was charged £59.80+VAT which is all wrong. My friend’s backpack was stolen so he lost the key. The company was taking advantage of me and my friends being in emergency situation at nighttime. When they arrived, they told me that this door handle could not be unlocked and needed to be replaced. I then asked for the price. They said it £480 all included. They finished the job and charged me with 20% VAT extra. I have tried to contact the company to confirm the price, and the call centre was really rude. He gave me the contact number to ask about the price. No one responded to the call and also cut the line. In total, I paid £560 without receiving any official receipts. I paid £480 in cash and £60 by transfer. I have read reviews and I trusted your company until I got overcharged. This is very disappointing. They also rushed me to pay money because they would need to go help 70-year-old couple to get into the house at 11 pm. This could be a lie. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. OTHERWISE, THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU, PARTICULARLY IF YOU ARE FEMALE, MINORITY AND VULNERABLE PERSON.”

“I made an appointment with this company for a locksmith to attend our premises. I travelled 40 miles to get there for the appointment and nobody arrived. When I complained today, I was told that a voicemail had been left for me to re-schedule. But I did not receive any such voicemail.”

“They came on time as they told me, especially as it was Saturday. The person was friendly and helpful. The job was done quickly. The only downside is the price, £90 for opening my flat door as I had locked myself out.”

“Locked me and my dog out the house very early this morning. Walk before work. Googled emergency locksmith and your services came up. Sounded perfect. Within an hour of ringing for help at such a ridiculously early time, the Locksmith that arrived was so lovely, friendly and efficient, within no time at all we were back in the house. Fantastic customer service and the guy that came out was absolutely brilliant. A wonderful addition to your Company. You must be very proud. Thank you. Shally (and Molly) 🐾🤗”

“Arrived in the time agreed. Fixed the problem however I was taken aback by the charge of £118 for sawing a padlock open and telling me I needed to replace it. The whole procedure took 2 minutes which equates to £59. a minute. Nice work if you can get it.”
