“We chose Kettells for the quality of their products, we'd used them before, and the fact they could do a concealed ventilation system on the windows. Very pleased with the windows installed, there were a few minor issues initially but these were immediately and unquestioningly rectified. Also had a patio door installed in Irish Oak which matches our front door and looks great.”

“I didn't place an order with Kettell as after popping in to the showroom to look at a door, I was greeted by a lady (who I believe is the owner). Very much git the impression she was only bothered about getting the sale and not helping me. Felt like my questions were not answered properly and I was being told what I wanted to hear. The same questions were answered differently by other installers and they had also advised what I was told was nonsense, therefore glad I dodged kettell”

“From start to finish Kettell Windows were very helpful and professional. This was our first venture into the world of UPVC windows and doors and so we were sceptical about the quality of the look that could be acheived. However, Kettell Windows proved us wrong and Andy the fitter was very skillful and precise in his approach so that we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering new windows and doors.”

Thank you for the review Rachel. We know bay window removal can look & feel like a scary install but with our experienced team we believe the results are worth it! Great we also had lovely weather for it! The Evolution range you chose, really do provide another take on uPVC and really offer that timber alternative. They do definitely look lovely!

“The introduction and discussion about design and materials was very relaxed, informative and helpful. Survey efficient and unobtrusive. Installation done by Ben in a very professional and efficient process. Excellent workmanship. Quality of the Comp Door and fittings is excellent. Really very pleased with the finished appearance. Was contacted and offered assistance in the coming months should any minor adjustments be needed. Whole process from start to finish very satisfying. Thanks”

“I requested a quote from Kettel windows and doors for a new composite front door. They responded quickly and had it measured up and quoted within 3-4 days. I was told a lead time and they were earlier than expected to call and arrange fitting. The door has now been fitted and I am very happy with the result and also the installation engineer caused no damage to the decoration, which can happen when new doors and windows are installed. Overall 5 stars from start to finish and competitive pricing. Will definitely be using again thank you.”
