“patio door fitted.communication between salesman and ourselves somewhat poor.made full payment 19th may and explained creaking sound.lisa said she would get john to take a look.now 21st june and i need to chase them up.”

Mrs Rothery, this was completely my fault. I did ask a team member to get in touch and visit to see what the issues were, but I did neglect to follow this up & put into our usual aftercare process! However once you got in touch on Monday we immediately sent someone out that afternoon to review & have subsequently booked the remedial works for this Friday. With regards communication with the sales representative we are working on point of sale for our show space which encourages customers to try out the items & use them as they would in there home to ensure they are suitable before ordering. Alas, this is what the showroom is for & we want customers to use in such a manner. As you noted yourself you believe it is because of the high quality of the product compared to your son’s that the sliding patio may be heavier than anticipated but our team have confirmed they run the same in your home as the item in the showroom. We take all feedback on board & take action to improve the full experience. Kind regards Lisa Kettell

“Product great, fault was corrected but..... After sales service not so great. Product fitted some weeks ago, no receipt/after care pack supplied as their website states. Also still waiting for a letter to be sent to confirm we are covered if the same fault happens again”

As a business Kettell Windows always strives to meet & exceed customer expectations & regrettably on this occasion we have been unable to. We have spoken with the customer & provided all documentation. As this was originally a Supply Only order, then a further agreement with the customers builder to install the items on their behalf it did not fall into our usual process & channels. It does not reflect the effort & hard work that goes into our business to support our customers by all members of the Kettell family & our wider team.
