“From start to finish I was very impressed with the service I received. I had 3 windows put in and a door. They turned up nice and early and got straight on with taking out my old windows I was very impressed with how clean they left everything. I had been quoted a ridiculous price from another company but went with Kettell not only for the high quality windows but also the reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company also for its excellent customer service . Carol”

“Just had a new front door. Easy and relaxed choosing in the showroom over a coffee. The door arrived earlier than promised, and was fitted in a morning. “From start to finish this was a great experience!! From Ben coming round to my house to give me a quotation, no hard sell!! To Jo making all the arrangements and Will & Jack doing the Installation. “Very impressed with the service from Kettell from day one! No hard sell from Ben but clear, concise description of the goods we were likely to expect and being able to inspect the quality of the products in their showroom helped in our decision making. The fitters, Will and Riley, were excellent and very impressive with their attention to the small details ensuring a trouble free, clean and tidy installation. “We were so thrilled with our new window and door, we really couldn’t be more pleased with them, and also the excellent work carried out by the fitter. There was no mess to clean up afterwards, and everywhere was left spotlessly clean. The fitter quietly got on with his work and did a first class job. The window and door are excellent quality, and we also received excellent service and advice when we visited the showroom before purchasing, as well as being fully kept informed as to the progress of our order. Our daughter had had windows fitted by Kettell and recommended them to us, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you to all at Kettell.”
