“We had an excellent experience buying new windows and doors for our house. Ben was very helpful and patient during the sales process and the subsequent admin was very smooth. Will put a lot of effort into the survey and was then part of the brilliant fitting team, which also included Phil and Jack. The team were extremely professional and hard-working, with a focus on precision, detail and customer satisfaction. We are delighted with the end result and very glad that we chose Kettell for this significant purchase.”

“From start to finish this was a great experience!! From Ben coming round to my house to give me a quotation, no hard sell!! To Jo making all the arrangements and Will & Jack doing the Installation. They arrived on time and left everywhere clean & tidy. I have already had neighbours commenting on how nice my window looks and have no hesitation in recommending Kettell to my family & Friends.”

“Very impressed with the service from Kettell from day one! No hard sell from Ben but clear, concise description of the goods we were likely to expect and being able to inspect the quality of the products in their showroom helped in our decision making. The fitters, Will and Riley, were excellent and very impressive with their attention to the small details ensuring a trouble free, clean and tidy installation. “We were so thrilled with our new window and door, we really couldn’t be more pleased with them, and also the excellent work carried out by the fitter. There was no mess to clean up afterwards, and everywhere was left spotlessly clean. The fitter quietly got on with his work and did a first class job. The window and door are excellent quality, and we also received excellent service and advice when we visited the showroom before purchasing, as well as being fully kept informed as to the progress of our order. Our daughter had had windows fitted by Kettell and recommended them to us, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you to all at Kettell.”

“Excellent service from start to finish, always kept informed on every stage of the work, when I phoned the office the call was answered quickly and the lady was always polite and helpful. Workman were amazing very respectful cleaning up as they went along I was amazed how much pride they both had in there workmanship . Would definitely recommend this company I'm thrilled with the end product and amazed how clean and no damage done at all taking my old doors and frames out . Very professional.”

“Really pleased with our windows. The guys who came to fit were really polite and friendly, did a great job and cleared up after themselves. Kettle were also able to arrange a builder for us to do some bricking up prior to the installation. This is the second time we have used Kettle and we have been impressed both times. Definitely recommend.”
