“I was recommended to Kettell by a neighbour who recently changed their front door. We were in a a hurry to get the job done, because our front door had completely broken and was being held shut with a tie wrap! Kettell did everything possible to get our new door installed as soon as they could, which I was so appreciative of. The new door looks great and is exactly what I wanted and on top of all that, they are a local company too.”

“From initial enquiry through survey to installation and a query afterwards, the service was excellent. All staff were polite, cheerful and helpful, particularly Jack who installed the door. He encountered a problem, but resolved it very well. My new door looks fantastic and I would not hesitate to use Kettell again and will be recommending them to others.”

“Last week we had a new front door, frame and side panel fitted. Wow! what a difference it has made. From initial enquiries, meeting with Ben who was so helpful with advice, then visiting the excellent showroom to firm up our ideas with Ben to the fitting with Andy, Kettell have been nothing short of excellent. Ben was clear, calm, not at all pushy and meeting him at the showroom was so helpful to see the doors & glass etc 'in the flesh'! Andy was our fitter and worked steadily through the day to produce a great finish. He cleaned up thoroughly as he went along and also kindly sorted an existing niggle we had with our porch door. We were also kept well informed of installation date and arrangements by Jo. We thoroughly recommend Kettell!”

“We have just had the remaining windows of our house replaced and as before a fantastic job has been done. From the start, Ben arrived and sorted out our requirements quickly and efficiently followed by Andy measuring and ending with clean, efficient fitting. Superb quality windows that look fantastic. “My partner recently had a new front door which looks fabulous. I've recently purchased a property that desperately needed a new front and back door. I am so pleased with them !! The new colour grey is gorgeous. I've had lots of compliments. I attended kettell's show room and Lisa went through lots of detail with me from colours, handles to privacy but was very much aware I had a budget. There was no pressure sales, no silly tactics just pure top notch customer service and brilliant turn around. I would highly recommend Kettell to anyone. Me and my partner will definitely use them for further jobs in the up coming year. Thankyou so much you have provided a beautiful door and warmth to my house !”
