“Cannot fault the installers who worked through some very cold and very wet conditions. They were very respectful of our property and kept a clean working area even though there were many windows to replace. Our chosen windows are an excellent match for our property.”

“What a transformation to our period home! Lovely installers who were kind, considerate and exceptionally skilled. Gosh - didn't they work hard!! It is a very messy job so don't underestimate how dusty it will be during the process, especially if you have ancient existing windows, but they do eveything they can to make things go as smoothly as possible. It's definitely worth it in the end!”

“Lovely friendly company that came out to quote when they said they would, and managed to fit us new bi folds and a new front door all in the same day and pre Christmas at short notice. The fitters were efficient and friendly and left the areas clean and tidy, we are really pleased with the results and would highly recommend, it has been as stress free experience.”

“Everyone I had contact with from the company was professional, polite and helpful, whether by phone, email or in person. I was kept informed of what was happening and when all through the process, and they were able to work to my fairly tight schedule, which changed a couple of times. The window is as good as I hoped it would be, and I feel as though I got the same standard of service as people who were having the whole house done, where I just had one small window replaced. I'm looking to have more work done and I'm more than happy to use Kettell again.”

“We are extremely pleased with our windows and doors. The fitters were very clean and tidy and very polite. They worked hard to meet all of our finer detail requests. “I used Kettell to supply and fit a new front door. The service from start to finish was excellent. Great communication, my emails were always answered promptly, making the arrangement and timings very easy. The person who fitted the door did a very professional job and left the area clean and tidy. Kettell are a prime example of why it’s good to use independent local businesses.”
