“I had no previous knowledge of Kettell, but We went to the showroom and met Ben, he was very knowledgable and respectful as to our wishes, we went away and thought about what to to do, We returned with more questions and ideas, all of which were answered by Ben. We decided to get 3 other companies to quote and Kettell were very competitive. We proceeded with a comp door and a kitchen door. Mr Kettell came and carried out the survey and measuring up, a fast and efficiceint procees. The installation date was brought forward and Jack and Mario (the installation team) arrived on time and did an excellent job in preparation, installation and tidying up, using very high quality sealant, tools and accessories. They were young, very experienced, had a passion for doing a high quality job. We had no tidying up to do after they went. I would definitely use Kettell again, they are a credit to their industry.”

“We are absolutely delighted with our new windows and doors; we have had the entire house done! The whole process was highly professional from start to finish. This is a local family run company who clearly pride themselves on delivering a premium service with care for its customers as its core value. The fitters did a fabulous job with real attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble. A special shout out to Darren and Riley who were on the job for its entirety. We would unreservedly recommend Kettel. .”

“After having all my windows done over a couple of visits I finally got round to getting my front door fitted. From start to finish the whole process is smooth & hassle free. The door is absolutely lovely & you can tell by the finish it's been done by professionals at the top of their game ! Would absolutely ( & have ) recommend Kettell to anyone. Huge thank you to the team & Andy the fitter in particular.”

“We’re absolutely delighted with our new front door. The end to end experience was faultless. From being helped and having our questions answered in the showroom, being given a quote and all the info we asked for without feeling pressured, through to the installation being stress free. We’re delighted with the look and quality of the door and also the installation. Our fitter was also incredibly helpful answering all our questions. We’d shopped around and got other designs and quotes we weren’t satisfied with before trying Kettell and are delighted we found them. Would definitely recommend.”

“Kettell is a friendly local company which produces good quality products. The two window fitters were highly skilled and experienced. They worked hard for four days on the installation of a front door and 8 windows including a very large bow window. Their meticulous planning ensured that they finished promptly to the promised deadline. Both fitters were well-mannered and polite.”

“Superb customer service from start to finish. We had a back door fitted as well as a front door. Fitters were amazing, Friendly & very professional. The fitter who fitted the front door, faced a lot of challenges with our property. The finished outcome was outstanding, and both fitters cleaned up all mess. Refreshing change outstanding customer service.”

“Very pleased with the service, my daughter had Kettell fit her bi-fold doors and they are great. The young man who fitted my back door was very good, didn't rush even when he came across some unexpected issues which he resolved with care. Didn't leave any mess. Great service all round.”

“After having a bad experience with another company & losing our deposit we had a great experience with Kettle windows. We visited the showroom & were very reassured speaking to John & Lisa. They were both friendly & experienced & gave us good advice. After that first visit all the staff in the office were great to deal with. The fitters were amazing & did a great job & were very tidy & good to get along with. The doors & windows are of excellent quality & we are really pleased we used Kettle windows & would certainly recommend to anyone. Thanks to all at Kettle windows”

“What can I say, we are absolutely over the moon with our new front door. The door has completely transformed the look of our house. It looks beautiful inside and out. Will is an absolute credit to the team. He worked incredibly hard all day, skillfully handling the added challenge of the brickwork above the door. We were really impressed by his professionalism and immaculate finish he left around the frame. He clearly cares about the quality of his work and left the everything spotless. The team are all so friendly and helpful, communication from start to finish was excellent, they are incredibly prompt, with the surveyor and installer both arriving on schedule. I would highly recommend using Kettell windows.”
