“I encountered problems with fixing a date in advance for the fitting. I was offered 3 appointments at very short notice, none of which were possible for me. I would have preferred being given a date with at least a week to 10 days notice. The work itself was excellent and all visiting staff have been the same. Extremely pleased with the window.”

Thank you for your review. I can see from the extensive notes that you had been unwell for the original install dates, so pleased that you are well recovered now. Because of this you would have been on our priority list to fit you back in the plan as soon as you were ready so this will have been why you were offered our short notice dates. Please feel free though to share if you wanted more notice. You did share which days worked best & we could have accommodated a request for more notice also. We often work to fixed dates for customers carrying out other work or workign around their professions, such as teaching. We are pleased to hear you were happy with the end product! “Kettell windows did an okay job. They eventually replaced the two windows after 4 weeks from the start date. One of the teams were very messy and swore on the job. Not good when you have a young child around. They also damaged the surrounding brickwork and plaster (which I expected some). However it was the ignorance that frustrated me. All in all, I'm happy with the window itself but wouldn't use the company again.”

Natalie, this is really not the kind of feedback we want to receive so please rest assured this will be investigated further. I do know we had some issues with the weather & the install was not the simplest but service is paramount to Kettell. Thank you for taking the time to discuss with me further over the telephone & allowing me to express my apologies on behalf of the company.
