The workmen arrived bang on time on the day expected. Their work was very good and cleaned up after the work was finished at the end of the day. Work was carried out professionally by them, the only thing that lets them down is we did not receive an acknowledgement letter of a verbal agreement to start date or a courtesy call a day before to confirm.
