“I had a replacement French door fitted in January 2024 and the quality is superb. Over the years I have bought several doors and windows for various properties and the quality never disappoints. 5* service from Kettell Windows & Doors as usual. Excellent service. From the initial order to the job being completed only took a few weeks. The work was carried out within 1 day and the installer was extremely efficient and tidy, with no mess left for me to clear up. Highly recommended”

“We are so happy we had our new door installed by Kettell today. The thing that stood out was from our initial enquiry to installation was a very friendly and no hassle service and no pressure salesmanship. from Ben, Jo, Lisa , installation team Darren and Jack. Also I couldn't remember the survey team name. So apologies to Survey team Well done to all, we would highly recommended you guys. Vijay and Minaxi”

“New Composite front door and back door. Having read reports of pushy salesmen and poor workmanship from some of the larger national companies, we decided to use a smaller family-run business. We don't regret this decision. From the hospitality and friendly (non-pushy) reception and helpful advice we received on our visit to the showroom, to the completion of the fitting, only 4 weeks later, we are unable to criticise any aspect of the procedure. The fitters were friendly, polite and professional and put a great effort into clearing up at the end of the job. We would recommend Kettell Windows without hesitation. Thank you all for a worry-free purchase.”

“Really helpful, honest advice when choosing which door to go for. The fitting date was quicker than expected and the guys that came to fit were great. A very high quality finish down to the caulking. Even had a call from the office after to check we were happy. Would 100% recommend.”

“We are so pleased with our new front door. We visited the showroom and there was plenty of choice and great advice. Fitting of the door only took less than a day and it’s made such a massive difference to the heating in our hallway. Really pleased with the end product.”

“This has been my first experience with Kettell and my expectations have been exceeded! All staff I have encountered have been fantastic, professional and super helpful (big shout out to Ben, Andy and Jo!), thank you! My new window looks and feels amazing and of high quality. On fitting day, everything went to plan and my house was left very clean and tidy after! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and goods I have received and would thoroughly recommend Kettel to others without any hesitation. Thank you!”

“We recently had all our windows and front door replaced. Ben in sales was great, so helpful in suggesting styles and took a lot of stress out of the decision making. The installation team of Will, Darren and Jack did a superb job with their attention to detail evident throughout the work. The price was competitive, so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kettell Windows.”

“FIrst Class Company. We would like to thank Ben in sales for quoting the work to our property. Front Door-Back Door-Patio Door,from start to finish his professional and friendly manner was outstanding. NO pressure selling. We had all New Doors fitted by Ben and Jack again, very professional. Nothing was too much trouble, clean and tidy, and very accommodating and friendly. We will be back for the windows in the coming months. We would highly recommend Kettell Windows to anyone who is thinking of replacing their exisitng windows and doors (Watch out Ben think of the pensioner)!! 😄 haha Thank you Wendy and Alan x”

“Patio Door upgrade on previous fitted. Timely arrival, the removal of existing / replacement done efficiently with attention to detail. On completion, all excess materials were removed and the property was left as found.”
