Excellent from start to finish. Ben came over to quote, then we went to the open day, he helped us with lots of advice. It's great being able to see the products and colours before choosing. Installation team very friendly, efficient and tidy, despite awful weather. We did have to report a fairly large scratch in one of the windows, luckily this was outside GGF guidelines and has been replaced. (look up GGF guidelines before you purchase, I was not aware that some faults in glass are acceptable) All the guarantees and paperwork arrived as advised. Very happy customers.
