“Excellent customer service from Simon. An item I ordered online was actually out of stock, rather than just cancelling my order, Simon got in touch and went back and forward with me to find a suitable replacement. Super quick delivery too.”

Hi Elizabeth Your order was placed just over a week ago to be shipped to Canada The parcel left the day you ordered and is in transit however we do say to allow 14 days for delivery, allowing time for it to clear customs. I have also sent you a message with the tracking
