Were sorry there was a delay, your order was shipped on the 20th December however due to international postal delays it looks like this arrived late to you, this is out of our control and we are ever so sorry

“The transportation is not good. It takes so long time. Also on your webpage it’s said that Freight free if purchase value is more than £199, but I still pay £8.9 for a purchase value of £333. I suppgest that your shop could offer an international transportation which already includes all the international importing tax, then the whole transport procedure won’t be stopped by import tax bureau. Thank you!”

Hi Unfortantly since leaving the EU, any shipments from the UK entering your country would be subject to local customs charges in your country. This is out of our control and a charge determined by your authoritys. We do make it clear in our delivery infomation that international orders are liable to import charges when received.

Hi Kathryn Your coat was replaced as soon as it came in however due to strike action by Royal mail it was slightly delayed in getting to you sorry. This is out of our control
