Still awaiting one item even though delivery date has passed. Product that arrived was very small. Size Gide said 2/3 years,when arrived it was only 2 years and extremely small even for a two year old.

Hi Paula Thanks for leaving a review, I am sorry we only got 1 star from you In answer to your querys, Your order was placed late on Thursday night so it was shipped Friday and delivered on the Tuesday which is within our delivery time scales. The shorts you ordered are a 2Y as you ordered, we understand sometimes designer goods can come up big or small and therefore offer our customers a 14 days return period, so if you wish to return them for a refund you are more than welcome.

Ordered outfit for my child’s Christmas Day clothes online. Turns out they never had the outfit I ordered, however, I had already paid by card. Didn’t receive the money back until after Christmas.

Hi I am sorry the money never arrived till after xmas, our banking partners advise payments can take from 2-5 days to go back to a customers account depending on the banks they use. Hi Elizabeth Your order was placed just over a week ago to be shipped to Canada The parcel left the day you ordered and is in transit however we do say to allow 14 days for delivery, allowing time for it to clear customs. I have also sent you a message with the tracking

I ordered kenzo tshirt with the girrafe i got another tshirt the one with the tiger and i didnt want this tshirt i wanted the other one and unfortunately i had a flight the next day so i didnt have time for returns And i sent an email and nobody got back to me Plus i paid for next day delivery before 1 pm and i got the order after a few days and thats not the first time the orders take too much time to arrive

farah We are sorry about the issue with this order Your order was placed on the 21st and dispatched the same day, I am unsure why Royal Mail did not delivery the following day and this is something we have raised query with and your postage will be refunded. We did receive your email and am so sorry about the wrong item being shipped, we responded to you the same day with a few options to exchange the top however we did not hear back. The oilily coat is nice, but took a month to be delivered, and then I had to pay 40€ extra in customs

Hi Were sorry about the delay, your coat was shipped the day after you placed the order however due to a cyber attack on Royal Mail, all outbound international parcels were delayed, this effected all UK companys. With regards to the customs, we do not have any control over each countrys customs rates, we do state this on our website.

Were sorry there was a delay, your order was shipped on the 20th December however due to international postal delays it looks like this arrived late to you, this is out of our control and we are ever so sorry

Nice shop but they are not clear on custom charges to the mainland of Europe with the result that I had to pay €107 for custom charges on a order of £226. Not a great experience and delivery is slow. Won’t shop here again.

Hi I am sorry you feel you didnt have a great experience We do state in our delivery terms that customs charges are handled by the customer, this is something out of our control, since leaving EU any shipments leaving the country would be liable to your local customs and duty charges. Do to each country having its own customs tarriff we would be unable to provide any guidance on what the expected charges would be sorry.
