“I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a dress, but it never arrived even though it was marked as delivered. I have contacted customer service multiple times through different channels, but I have received no response at all. The lack of communication and customer support is completely unacceptable. I paid for a product that I never received, and instead of helping to resolve the issue, the company has simply ignored my messages. This has been a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering from this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any help. Poor customer service, poor communication, and an overall terrible experience.”
