Hi Rajae You placed a order on next day urgent delivery and we tryed to contact you but there was no answer on email or phone. We sent you alternatives you may like with a note apologising and offering free return.

Hi Were sorry about the delay, your coat was shipped the day after you placed the order however due to a cyber attack on Royal Mail, all outbound international parcels were delayed, this effected all UK companys. With regards to the customs, we do not have any control over each countrys customs rates, we do state this on our website.
