Ordered a dress for a 6 year old . I would have give 5 stars but the dress had been shoved in a plastic bag so when I took it out it was all crumpled. I would have expected it to be wrapped in tissue paper. or a bag. Also I was offered 10 % off but didn't get it. I was later told it only applied to non sale items even though a sale item was in my basket when the offer was made.

It took long time to come and I didn't got any notification about paying extra taxes. Otherwise the product was as it should.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delivery time and customs taxes. Our website does state that delivery can take up to 14 days for international orders, and customs taxes are not included in the pricing due to varying regulations across countries.

The transportation is not good. It takes so long time. Also on your webpage it’s said that Freight free if purchase value is more than £199, but I still pay £8.9 for a purchase value of £333. I suppgest that your shop could offer an international transportation which already includes all the international importing tax, then the whole transport procedure won’t be stopped by import tax bureau. Thank you!

Hi Unfortantly since leaving the EU, any shipments from the UK entering your country would be subject to local customs charges in your country. This is out of our control and a charge determined by your authoritys. We do make it clear in our delivery infomation that international orders are liable to import charges when received.

Great selection & good sale but had to pay customs when shipping to Ireland unfortunatly.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Unfortunately since leaving the EU any orders exported from the country are liable for customs charges when there received in your country. We do advise this in our delivery information page and this is the same for any company's shipping outside the UK I am sorry.

Ordered two separate orders... one Chloe navy top arrived and was age 8 when all items I ordered was age 5... next order one top and swimming costume was not available when I went to collect after ordering 4 days previous so just gave replacements for them . Not the best service!

Luci Thanks for your feedback I am sorry you never had the best of experiences with your orders, this is highly unusual and is being looked into. In regards to the costume you ordered, we would of been happy to of refunded you for these however it looks like you chose to take replacements instead. Hi, not impressed with Kathryn's. I ordered a pair of Boss jeans for Xmas and they don't fit. As this was over the return date I was advised that I couldn't return them. In the current situation I ordered these early and presumed I could take this back

Hi Alex Thanks for taking the time to leave a review I have located your order which you placed in October Our standard returns policy is 14 days however this was extended for all orders placed from the start of December to allow for Xmas and New Year delays however orders from October would of been under the standard 14 day terms I am sorry. I still havent received my order, it is bloked at customs in Belgium already for 5 days. I dont think I will order again know there is the Brexit.

Hi Isabelle I have checked the status of your parcel and also dropped you an email. Your parcel was held by customs hence the few days delay however it is showing as now delivered ( 11 days after the order was placed ) If you have any further issues please drop us a email or call
