I’ve shopped with you before and the service has been very good, but I ordered two items for my friends fourth birthday, ordered them in advance and for some reason they arrived three weeks after his birthday, so I was disappointed but embarrassed in front of everyone else handing out their presents.

Hi Gary Unfortunately the item you ordered was a preorder item which means it gets dispatched as soon as it arrives from the supplier. Any items marked on the site as preorder means there no in yet but you can pre order your sizes ike alot of our customers do. I am sorry for any misunderstanding

This is the first time I ordered I received the order in very bad situation because they didn’t but it in cartoon box like other auxiliary website.I am very disappointed.

Hi Nuha As discussed on email we are sorry the box was damaged, this has been caused whilst it was in transit with our courier. We have already reached out as we would like to make a claim for this damage and also compensate you a little due to the issue

First of all after paying and completing my order what i ordered is all not available and i am requested to change to other items that is similar. To what i want , And after accepting that Mu order took one month and i really don't know where its exactly contacting the store they replied that no reply from royal mail !!!! And royal mail has no update And i asked Emirates post they said its not received to the country And its been more than one month !!!!!

I am sorry to hear you had not received this parcel. Royal Mail received the item from us over a month ago and it should have been delivered by now As the time has passed, they have opened up an investigation between them and Emirates post to find out where the parcel is, as I advised on email, as soon as we get a response from the investigating team I will get back to you.

Hi Basma As per tel call, all our international delivery's have a time frame of up to 14 days for delivery and unfortunately this order was only placed a week ago using our standard delivery service. We do offer DHL express which is a extra cost but generally gets packages around the world within a few days We have done all we can to chase this parcel but as its still in transit we have to wait for your customs office to process the parcel so it can be delivered to you.

Hi there was a cyber attack on Royal Mail international service which effected all mail leaving the country, your parcel had already left us when this happened, we did email all customers but this as out of our control I am sorry.

Hi your order was placed 7 days ago and we do advise that standard international shipping takes 7-14 days to arrive due to customs clearence. I can see its left customs in your country so should be with you in the next day or two.

-items showed as available and then after ordering and processing we received an email that the item not in stock. - many time pricing error after making the payment and excuses like the showed price was a mistake !!! - no offers nor discount provided despite these errors

Hi Noura You are correct that the skirt you ordered was incorrectly priced but as per the terms of the website, we do reserve the right to cancel an order if an error has been made. We did offer you the skirt with over 70% off the RRP price but you declined it so therefore we issued a refund as you requested. This does look like a genuine human inputting error and I apologise for any inconvenience caused
