“Awful experience. Placed an order online for two windows and received a phone call a few days later to inform me the price was incorrect and I could either pay more or my order would be cancelled. So we cancelled as it's clear I couldnt work with a business like this.”

“Door wouldn't lock properly, reported within the 72 hours specified. Got all sorts of excuses, I was even told it's not for them to sort as "They are just a supplier" sent a new lock which didn't work. Ended up calling out a lock smith who found parts had been built incorrectly. Then had a fight to get my money back. Not impressed.”

We are a supply-only company, however do provide a 5 year parts guarantee and sent you a replacement lock promptly, as well as compensated towards your locksmith cost, and trust your new door will serve you well in the years ahead.
