“Waste of time. I ordered a door and they charged my credit card and then left it 3 weeks before telling me they were "currently out of stock and we do not know when this will be back in, if at all." Like the doors are already made and on the shelf waiting . . . ! The door is, of course, still on their website.”

“Wow what a very efficient company needed some trims to finish off a door I had fitted on my property. Measured up and added what I required into my bin in the evening and placed the order. Good communication super fast delivery as it was delivered the next day even though I thought it was going to be 2 days time. Competitive prices and as I say super fast delivery, so very happy with my purchase.”

“Worse company in general I've ever delt with. They constantly lied to me when being late numerous time's with information that i needed to make an order. Overall took 9 or more weeks just to get the order stage the only reason i kept going with order i was committed to the initial price i was given on the web site. I asked for sculptured liniar in the end i got door stop for the design on the frames. Just value doors have said because i was not specified on the sign of sheet which frames i was getting that its now my fault. The sign off sheet was not clear. The whole ordeal has now left me out of pocket by £400 as the client will not pay the full amount. Just value doors are quite happy to leave me out of pocket and will not accept any responsibility for their incompetence from start to finish.”

“Absolute shambles of a company - 0 rating! If I had a 0 rating, I would have given that. Our delivery was missed the first time, we were given a delivery date a week later. We waited patiently. When the day came, the glass panel was not delivered and we were given a date 5 days later, and 5 days later, on the day we were expecting this to be delivered, we are being told that the glass panel has not been picked and we now have to wait 3 more days. No proactive communication throughout this period. I call them in the morning, they say everything is on track and then an hour later, I am told deliveery is not happening anymore. How can a company like this even exist to put customers through such pain. I have incurred loss because of a joke that this company is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

“Not the first time I'm using Just Value Doors. They supply good doors and windows. Importantly they give a full on-line experience which saves me a lot of time, and they provide performance details that are difficult to find for others. And I can get what I need - the maximum thermal efficiency windows with minimal "fancy" features that I don't need, and for reasonable price.”
