“I am really pleased with these windows, I ordered four, I was given plenty of advanced notice of the date and time of delivery and they turned up on time with a helpful delivery driver. I commented earlier that I struggled navigating the ordering system but that is to avoid miss ordering, I am about to place another order and know that second time around it will be much easer. The price is very competitive, They were well wrapped ,clearly marked, easy to assemble and install. Great stuff”

“Delivery took far longer than stated when order was placed and then arrived incomplete. Repeated calls to the aftersales team have been ignored. I'm now going to have to contact my credit card provider for a refund of the £3300 paid.”

“Quick and easy to select the features required. However, it was not clear to me how to delete a full specification, but that's probably just me. Also, it was by chance that I came across the installation tutorial. Perhaps that could be made more prominent as it was a help to me.”

“Charged for an additional delivery. Still missing parts so we can't finish the doors. After sales is shocking. Seem to get through to an external reception that can't do anything other than take a message. Won't be using these guys again. Our last review was 5 star for the order placing process and because they gave a discount for giving a review. Ordering process was 5 star, but the delivery is 2 star. Shame. Might not matter for a home owner, but as a business its far from value, due to all the time back and forth.”
