“Ordered a barn style front door, delivery was prompt, driver was fabulous and we fitted it ourselves with ease, the handle for the top part was left off the order but a email to customer service and it arrived within a couple of days no quibble, good quality product for a fair price , brilliant all round Rachel”

Dear Christopher, We're disappointed to read your review. As discussed your door is as described and as per the specification on your order. The reason for your complaint to us was around your inability to fix a glass balcony to the frame and you'll be aware from our correspondence that at no stage did we advise you on the balcony, which is a third party product not purchased from us. I'm pleased that your door has been fitted and operates perfectly, we remain ready to assist you in future with regards to the door we supplied should this be necessary. “It is now the 3rd occasion that l have had the pleasure of dealing with Just Value doors. Both their aluminium system and PVCU windows and doors are of high standard and very fairly priced. No matter how small the enquiry the sales team and after sales service is outstanding. I cannot recommend them more highly.”
