“The site was easy to navigate and found the style of window that l needed, put the size and type of glass that l wanted and paid, easy as that. Was kept informed by e-mail how the order was progressing, the only phone calls l got were the day before to inform me that my order was to be delivered the next day and from the driver to say that he was an hour away. All in all perfect”

“Grinding hinges on one of the windows. They made up some new sash's slightly smaller to hopefully fix the issue. However, they are refusing to arrange the fitting of the new parts. Meaning I will have to fix their mistake at my own expense.”
