Hi Keith, Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback. You reported to us that your cill end caps were missing from your delivery and these were immediately despatched to you, however it became clear when you next got in touch with us that these has been lost in transit whilst with the courier. This is of course entirely regrettable but sadly outside of our control. A further set was then organised and despatched to you, which you're already aware will be with you in the next couple of days. At Just Value Doors, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and great customer service. We take these matters very seriously and we understand how frustrating this must have been and we apologise that this was not resolved quickly. “Our new door was fitted today and we are really pleased with it, the ordering process was comprehensive, the service attentive and the door and fittings arrived promptly in good condition as described - with a step by step tracking service - will recommend, and as my nephew is the chippy who fitted the door, he will no doubt be ordering more”
