“Ordering my door was quick and easy. I was kept upto date on the process of making the door and then when the door was ready to be collected. They also dealt with my door being delivered when it became obvious I was not able to collect the door. A very helpful company that I won't hesitate to use again.”

“Price is good, can’t comment on delivery or quality as they haven’t arrived yet. I found the online ordering a pain but I’m not good with these things.. I will say it made sure I didn’t place an order for something I didn’t want so that was good If I order from this company again I will find it easier to navigate online ordering system”

“Absolutely terrible. Door 'frame and door' minus door panel arrived. waiting on panel, now two weeks later. still no confirmation date. Also, when ordering, NO WHERE does it say that you need to install the panel to complete the door, so I now have to risk damaging the trim on the door to install the panel, if that ever arrives.”

Hi Scott, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see that you have been provided delivery updates, I apologise if these were not sufficiently clear and I will pass your feedback along to the relevant team for review. Panels are delivered separately for various reasons, but mainly to allow for easier installation, toe and heeling and it means the product is a lighter weight for transport and handling. There should be no reason for any damage to the 'trims', as the bead is designed to be removed for this purpose, much like glazing a window frame.
