“Have dealt with the company for several years and been content that I could not get comparable cover for much less although the premiums still seem high to me. I do wish also that I could tailor the policy a bit more flexibly e.g. by omitting cover for risks to which I don't believe I'll be subjected.”

“I’m an a regular customer but do now find your quotes to be expensive. You also say you will give 10% off but won’t give the quote out until we tell you about this so not even sure we are getting the 10% now. It terrifies me that I might miss something and have my claim rejected when I do all I can to try and remember my medical history. Is there any way round this ie could we send a copy of our medical records to you?”

Travel insurance premiums can change from year to year, even for existing customers. This is because insurers regularly review their pricing and underwriting, and premiums are also influenced by factors such as age, destination, trip details and any changes to your medical history. While some customers may see an increase, others may see their premium reduce, depending on their individual circumstances. Regarding the 10% discount, please be assured that this can only be applied after we have reviewed your requirements and quoted the new prices for the new policy. We completely understand that completing a medical screening can feel daunting. Unfortunately, insurers require answers to their own screening questions, so we're unable to assess cover from copies of medical records alone.
