This includes things like how easy the process was, whether the cover options were clear and suitable for your needs, and (if you spoke with our team) the level of customer service and support you received. As a broker, Just Travel Cover helps customers find and arrange travel insurance policies from a range of insurers. This means our role is to assist with choosing and setting up the right cover, rather than handling claims directly, which are managed by the insurer named in your policy documents.
