“Although it is very easy to buy travel insurance with Just Travel sadly I am not happy with your Claims Handling Service. Emails go unanswered and I am still awaiting payment for a claim lodged on 9th January 2026 or even confirmation it has been progressed to a claims handler. It took over half an hour on the telephone to log the claim and I was left waiting for long periods. I have tried your Chat device but it tells me there are 99 people in the queue in front of me !! Also the amount claimed is not shown correctly online .. it is £200 short. This is the first claim I have made and I am not at all impressed !! I will likely not use you again but go elsewhere !!”

“I phoned Just Travel as I find it easier to talk through all my options with an Advisor. Fiphu took my call and was very polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I apologised for phoning 15 minutes before closing time due to work commitments. Fiphu gave me several options and had the patience to run through them again to clarify some points for me. Fiphu stayed on the line at least 10 minutes after closing time to ensure the job was completed. Fiphu gets 5 stars, Just Travel get 4 as I would like to see more flexibility with phone lines being provided outside of office hours Mon - Fri and customers not being pushed online, as it doesn't have the same effect of being able to clarify points with an advisor.”

“I am sad to say that following a long call regarding my trip to Israel the insurance was cancelled. The excuse was that a person on training covered me but after the week-end, I was told it was cancelled. Thank you for the refund. I used All Clear and they were outstanding”
