“I have just arranged the travel insurance and will not be using until December so unable to comment on how good it will be. Policy offered what I needed and the price was competitive. The staff member who helped me arrange it was very efficient and helpful explaining to me what each section meant.”

“Phoned Just Travel for a comparison as I've just had a quote from All clear Travel insurance for £749 for a annual policy for adults, gave them identical answers and the quote was £151 i know who i will be ringing again in the future great service and a realistic price Just Travel”

“All the advisors that I spoke to were very helpful and understood what I did not require that I am a Cancer survivor, so the health part of the insurance was import. Due to when booking my flight on Ryanair and had to buy their insurance which will cover luggage and flight related issues. Nevertheless, have just been on the Defence Discount site and found I could have had a 15% discount on Travel Insurance - Discount off full price from yourselves, but as I did originally contact BIBA for advise.”

“I renewed my policy over the phone £21 for the pleasure because I'm not confident doing bit on line. The lady on the phone was was quite short not a bit friendly. I had to tell her at one point the noise behind her was awful shouting laughing talking coukdnt hear her half the time. I told her I didn't appreciate listening to all that noise when I was renewing a policy.”

“As i don't do online banking i arranged cover via telephone after obtaining quotes on line, the agent was professional but also friendly and assured me it wasn't a problem doing it this way. I've not been able to rate 5/5 since fortunately i haven't had to go through any claims process though I've taken just travel cover for the last few years, therefore I am unable to judge how they handle claims.”

“Having spoken to one of your colleagues l was treated extremely well.Her knowledge and the sisink way it came across was very heartening towards my needs.l was extremely pleased with the cover l was offered at a most competitive price.l would highly recommend Just Travel to everyone who is looking for trusted health related travel cover.”
