“This is my 9th year with Just Travel. Service as usual, very good. Danielle was very good, polite, friendly and very kind. I am in my 80s and always appreciate the help I get from Just Travel. Renewing my Annual Europe policy was quick and efficient. Just before renewing I received a 10% off code that made it even better this year. Thank you. Allan”

“Ok mostly. I got what I wanted but I was not convinced that I got the best deal - I was quoted a smaller price originally by your good selves. I couldn’t be bothered to shop around but I might try Insure and Go the next time.”

“*** Site review only - didn't conact customer services this time *** Site doesn't work properly - when I tried to click on the "Edit" button to change a Yes answer to a No it didn't respond & when I refreshed the screen it wiped all my progress. Also I deleted a minor condition and it wiped all the others too !! I started gain about 4 times and booked the insurance but it was awful to use.”

“I was asked for my credit card details verbally! I had to read this out to a stranger! I should be able to key that in anonymously. Completely inappropriate. You need to modernise!”

For security, our call recording automatically pauses as soon as we access the payment system, so your card details are never recorded. Recording then resumes once the payment is complete. We also offer alternative options if you’d prefer not to provide details over the phone. “Very easy to do online, questions clear and understandable and strait forward to understand.Only one thing at the end of filling in the questionnaire it would help me if there was a way to get paper documents sent to me ,as it is I have to phone up to get this done.”
