“Needed to do this on a Sunday but was unable to speak to anyone. Eventually managed to do it online but found the procedure very complicated. The policy appears comprehensive at a reasonable price but I would think twice about purchasing a future policy if I can only do it online.”

“Have used for a few years now. Found out about Just Travel when wanting insurance for my mum who has one or two health issues. Most insurance companies were very expensive or didnt want to know (at the time). Then we were told about this "local company" (to us), that they were very good, and dealt with people who had existing medical conditions etc. Have used ever since then, as they provide a list of insurers at various price levels for where you are going, and what you may (or may not) be doing. Would reccomend, as they come up with the best providers that can cover you at good prices.”

“The young lady I spoke to was helpful and very clear in all she said. There is a lot that agents have to repeat to every client which I imagine can be rather boring, so they speak too quickly. The young lady spoke at a reasonably slow pace, and I did not have to ask her to repeat anything. It was much appreciated. Thank you.”
