“Just travel provides an excellent service. The quotes are always very reasonable and include little extras for minimal cost e.g. smart luggage. As an older traveller, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“Easy to arrange but there isn’t an actual travel insurance certificate I could see to download, the closest document in the list was policy schedule which wasn’t quite what I wanted”

“Adding the health condition is now improved vs. last time Taking payment wasn't great - no standard payment options like google pay, entering debit card details directly instead of using intermediary. trying to fill in details from apple keychain didn't work very well - had to manually remove all white space like between the 4 groups of digits on the debit card. Website has no simple validation on it to highlight what went wrong.”

“I spoke to a lady in South Africa instead if Sunderland she wasn’t clear or patient i kept loosing the line and the conversation took one hour then I paid £120 for 7 days which I thought was extortionate and I did not get my birthday bonus. I have used you services for several years but will think twice about using them again.”
