“Operator contacted me as she understood what I was looking for. It seems wrong destination had shown up . Explained my needs & came up with a really good offer to cover before my travel & completed stay at hotel. Didn’t need to look anywhere else. Was good value & quick service .”

“Agent was obviously suffering from a very heavy cold/hay fever. This affected his speech . I could hardly understand him and there are a lot of questions to answer regarding my existing medical history. Felt sorry for the guy but was he fit to work ? I just hope I answered correctly what with the coughing,spluttering and sneezing and being cut off twice along with background noise. Always use Just Travel Cover, this is the first negative issue I’ve encountered over the years. Nola Twaits”
