“Although nobody phoned me back as promised after my original call on the previous Tuesday. When I called on Friday I was dealt with by a very pleasant and helpful member of staff. She answered all my questions and I was able to purchase cover for two holidays.”

“Thought we would get a better price based on loyalty from last year we were contacted by E Mail after waiting till holiday was due to be paid your E mailer said he would see what he could do about the premium cost he did not get back to us. We are about to book a turkey holiday next month”

“To be honest, I thought the insurance charge was very high. I don’t know why I accepted it but I will think twice about using Just Travel again. We have never claimed on travel insurance and travel widely and often.”

“Good priced insurance for medical conditions. However I completed the transaction online, the money was taken from my bank but I didnt get any paperwork. I got a text saying I hadnt taken out a policy. I called the following day and it was fixed - no one ever apologised though”

“I would love to write a review if only I had my insurance cover documents I have paid for my insurance cover and was promised my documents would be sent in the post still after a month not received them .”
