“I was dealt with by an agent named Dione who I found excellent and professional in her approach. Everything regarding quotes was explained with the reasons behind them. I arranged cover for our next cruise and will make contact when further travel cover is required.”

“After struggling to find travel insurance Just Travel were brilliant. After speaking to an advisor explaining my situation she was ablè to sort me out a policy very quickly with the exact cover that I needed for both my husband and myself. “Felt operator was too curt and also difficult to understand.Not happy at having to pay £100 extra for an outpatient appointment to see if cataract needs attention or not,this was after she had given me a £20 discount and i have used you for 3 or 4 trips prior to this but do not think i will be using you again after this trip.”
