“Today's date 26/3/23 and I have not received my travel insurance documents and I need them for 5/4/23 for my journey to Jakarta, I have telephoned your costumer service but did not get any satisfaction ,and also why has hazardous activities been added when I said I didn't need it please reply to this correspondence JLake”

I can see you have since spoken to one of our advisors regarding your online account and they did pass your policy to our admin team to post for you. The documents will be leaving our office in today's post 1st class. Hazardous activities category A is covered as standard with all of our insurers and therefore is automatically included free of charge.
