“I would love to write a review if only I had my insurance cover documents I have paid for my insurance cover and was promised my documents would be sent in the post still after a month not received them .”

I can see following your telephone conversation with one of our advisors on Wednesday, the documents have been passed to our admin team, have been printed and are being collected from our office by Royal Mail today. “I had a problem with one of my health concerns which meant It took about 2 weeks to sort out my insurance, I had to phone Katy the lady who was dealing with my quote several times and each time it meant a long delay on hold. Katy was very nice and handled my quote very well.”

“Had problems accessing payment though the internet on Sunday with this I received an email to say if you are experiencing problems to ring this number but then it was unfortunately the office is closed so rang Monday morning with my quote number and to be honest to was a very difficult conversation but I did get there in the end”
