“Unfortunately I felt a little hurried after I had secured a policy and all was paid. I was supposed to have an option of adding if necessary but we did get to talk about that. I also felt that on asking about other lower levels of insurance the reaction was of slight frustration in the lady's voice so I said that I would go with dearest.”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and I'm glad you managed to secure your policy. Your policy documents do contain information of what all 3 levels of cover offer and you can view this in the policy wording. If you do wish to discuss this with us, please feel free to contact our office and we will be happy to go through this with you. Kind Regards, Claire

Dear Mrs Hancock, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see the call was following your email requesting your documents to be posted, to discuss this with you however as we were unable to get through, our advisor did get the documents posted for you. Sorry for the confusion and I hope you enjoy your trip. Kind Regards, Claire
