“It was an easy experience. I started online but had some queries and spoke to Promise on the phone. She was very good, answered my queries and took me through the process. I bought the policy and I am looking forward to my trip.”

“I have been with just travel for a number of years and have always been satisfied with the service you provide but there are a couple of niggles on the medical declaration side that I am not too happy with such as the fact that I had cancer 10 years ago and haven't had any treatment for 5 years yet it still has to be declared also I had a hip replacement 3 years ago and everything is fine yet still has to be declared i am hard of hearing yet still has to be declared i don't think I am likely to die with any of these conditions so that's my moaning out the way despite all that I will still be using Just Travel for my next trip cheers”

We’re pleased to hear that you’ve always been satisfied with the service we provide, although we appreciate your comments regarding the medical declaration process. We wanted to let you know that, as of today, we have updated our medical screening questions. The previous “Ever” questions have now changed to cover only the last 5 years, and the previous “In the last 5 years” questions have now been reduced to the last 2 years. Going forward you will be asked different time scales when getting a quote for future holidays. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing us for your travels. “This is my 9th year with Just Travel. Service as usual, very good. Danielle was very good, polite, friendly and very kind. I am in my 80s and always appreciate the help I get from Just Travel. Renewing my Annual Europe policy was quick and efficient. Just before renewing I received a 10% off code that made it even better this year. Thank you. Allan”

“Ok mostly. I got what I wanted but I was not convinced that I got the best deal - I was quoted a smaller price originally by your good selves. I couldn’t be bothered to shop around but I might try Insure and Go the next time.”

“*** Site review only - didn't conact customer services this time *** Site doesn't work properly - when I tried to click on the "Edit" button to change a Yes answer to a No it didn't respond & when I refreshed the screen it wiped all my progress. Also I deleted a minor condition and it wiped all the others too !! I started gain about 4 times and booked the insurance but it was awful to use.”
