“The person who talked me through the quote was very helpful and the quote acceptable. However, overt nearly stopped the call and you very nearly lost a customer, twice , at the half and 3/4 way points. This was due to not being able to focus on the conversation due to the loudness of one of their other operators in the ‘background’.”
