“Always use every year unfortunately my holiday Was cancelled to Dubai so I didn’t actually need it but not possible to transfer it yo my next holiday in May”

“One of your agents was extremely helpful in entering a number of my flight details for travel in and around India into the Smart Luggage database. Despite one of the internal flight numbers being rather obscure, he managed to find the carrier. Cannot fault him, and delightful to talk to. Thank you”

“I haven't used the insurance yet so, only then, will I know if the cover is good (hopefully I won't need to make a claim) but the person who took all of my information and gave me the insurance quote was very polite, friendly and helpful.”

“Been using Just Travel for about 5 years now after a terrible experience and argument with Jet 2 about a pre-existing health condition. I contacted Just Travel and the most patient and lovely advisor went through everything with me. Then to my shock, the actual quotes were less than half the amounts Jet 2 wanted to charge. It was a stark reminder to never use the allocated insurance from holiday companies. So happy to have found Just Travel and have referred a number of friends to them in the years since… 5 out of 5!”
